join us on Monday, October 14th at 5:00 pm as we host the pop-up Diabla Tacos! This will be a counter-service style pop-up and is BYOB!

Diabla Tacos is the combined effort of two Mexican-Americans who aim to blend the flavors of our favorite regional dishes and create a bold, interesting, and new dining style.

The Chefs

Christian Garcia, Executive Chef and Co-Founder of Diabla Tacos, whose family hails from Guerrero, Mexico, has 15 years of experience in some of the most accomplished restaurants in the city of Atlanta and is turning up the heat with his savory spins on classic street tacos.

Mara Vargas, the co-founder of Diabla Tacos, was born in Monterrey, Mexico, where grilled meats reign supreme and are enjoyed on a chili red corn tortilla.

 

The Menu

Diabla Tacos specializes in high-quality grilled meats, such as 24-hour brined chicken thighs and creamy marinated skirt steak. The menu also includes braised-brisket barbacoa, tender carnitas, and more, all made with top-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Their goal is to embody the passion of Mexican cuisine, and they are ready to raise hell in ATL!
