Diabla Tacos is the combined effort of two Mexican-Americans who aim to blend the flavors of our favorite regional dishes and create a bold, interesting, and new dining style.
The Chefs
Christian Garcia, Executive Chef and Co-Founder of Diabla Tacos, whose family hails from Guerrero, Mexico, has 15 years of experience in some of the most accomplished restaurants in the city of Atlanta and is turning up the heat with his savory spins on classic street tacos.
Mara Vargas, the co-founder of Diabla Tacos, was born in Monterrey, Mexico, where grilled meats reign supreme and are enjoyed on a chili red corn tortilla.
